Kukulkan

This series was taken in the city of Tulum in the state of Quintana Roo, Mexico. Many know this place as a tourist destination – especially of US citizens. The city is growing at a tremendous pace without the infrastructure to go with it. Roads are suddenly cut through forests – the spaces between are deforested for eco-chic apartment blocks. Life goes on and the locals adapt their lifestyle.
